Yesterday morning, Box 191-001 was dispatched for the reported oven on fire in Millvale. Engine 247 arrived simultaneously with the first due engine to find a single family house with fire showing.
While operating, Engine 247 acquired the initial hoseline and made entry to the structure, extinguishing the majority of the fire on the first floor. The North Hills Engine Company™ operated for 3 hours before returning to service.
